Returns & Exchanges

At SONICWARE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
